it's actually not. the photoshop picker gives me a value of 240-231-232 in the highlights on the shoulder. For some reasons it seems lighter when resized. I dont' understand if it's the color scheme or the compression...

No point in asking me any technical questions, I'm sorry to say. Resizing does things to a shot, but mostly sharpening, I believe.

aw, too bad. but I'll have to find out sooner or later.
These are the sort of things you perfectly live without noticing, but when you notice the first time, they drive you nuts.

Are you saving the jpgs in sRGB or Adobe? It might be something to do with those being different.

I love this setup, he looks like he is going to be a fun dad. How do you even set up a shot like this.

fo2me: the jpeg are adobe rgb converted to srgb for the web. It probably has something to with the fact that the image is smaller, therefore the software has to "average" the pixel values and decides that "light pink" can be rounded as "almost white"

equipeowen: that's actually EXACTLY what happened. When I take pictures there's usually very little planned and a lot happens while I'm shooting.
